Bible School Schedules

Whatshan Lake Bible School — 2026

The whole week's programme on your phone: every class, meal, activity and evening programme, with the speakers and the readings. It highlights what is on right now and what is next, and it works with no signal at all.

iPhone & iPad Recommended

Open this page on your iPhone and add the app to your Home Screen. No App Store, no account, nothing to download.

Open the schedule

To keep it on your Home Screen

  1. Tap Open the schedule above.
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow, at the bottom of Safari.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

It then opens full-screen with its own icon, just like an App Store app, and the whole schedule is stored on your phone so it works in the valley with no bars.

Do this once while you still have a signal — the first visit is what saves the schedule to your phone. After that it works offline.

Android

The app is on Google Play, but it is still in closed testing. That means it is not public yet: your Google account has to be added to the tester list before Google will let you install it.

How to get access

  1. Ask John Pillion to add you, and give him the Google account email you use on your phone — the one signed in to the Play Store. Access is granted per account, so it has to be that exact address.
  2. He will send you back an opt-in link. Open it and accept.
  3. Then install from Google Play:
Get it on Google Play

Until you have accepted the opt-in, that link will say the app cannot be found. That is the closed test working as intended, not a broken link. After you accept, it can still take a few minutes to appear.

Would rather not wait for any of that? The Add-to-Home-Screen version above works just as well on Android — the same schedule, the same offline behaviour, and nothing to install.

Native iPhone app Not yet

There is a real, finished SwiftUI iPhone app — it just cannot be handed out yet.

Apple only allows an app onto an ordinary iPhone through the App Store, TestFlight, or an ad-hoc profile, and all three require a paid Apple Developer Program membership. Until that membership is approved there is no link that installs a native app straight onto a phone. That is Apple's rule, not a missing step here.

The unsigned build is published anyway, for anyone who wants to sideload it from a computer using a tool such as AltStore or Sideloadly and their own free Apple ID:

Unsigned .ipa

Sideloaded apps signed with a free Apple ID stop working after 7 days and must be re-installed. This is a developer convenience, not something to hand to the school. Use the Home Screen version above instead.
